How to cancel a MONTHLY account
IMPORTANT! if you have a SINGLE AVATAR 7 DAY ACCOUNT and wish to cancel it before the 7 days are up, YOU MUST email support@seducity.com.

We are sorry that you want to cancel your account.
Please note that your cancelation will take effect from your next billing date.
It is our policy not to refund subscriptions. Therefore, canceling your account will not provide a refund for your current billing period.
Also note that if you want to return and reestablish your account in the next 90 days, your avatar and possessions will still be available. After 90 days they will be deleted from our database. 

Step 1
Logon to your account.

Step 2
Logon, entering your account ID and password.

Step 3
Select Accountingfrom the list.

Step 4
For security purposes, you're asked to logon again.

Step 5
Logon, entering your account ID and password.

Step 6
Click CANCEL ACCOUNT. You'll be asked to provide a reason for canceling. Then you're done.
